Built by engineers who got tired of 3am wake-ups
IncidentPilot was founded in 2024 by a team of former SREs and engineers who had spent years manually triaging production incidents. We built the tool we always wished existed.
Our mission
Engineering teams spend an enormous amount of time and cognitive energy on incident response — time that could be spent building the products their users love.
Our mission is to give that time back. IncidentPilot handles the investigative work automatically, so engineers can focus on what they do best: shipping great software.

What we believe
Engineers first
We build for the engineers who are paged at 2am, not for the executives who watch dashboards. Every decision starts with: does this make an engineer's life better?
Humans in the loop
AI should augment human judgment, not replace it. IncidentPilot always puts humans in control of the final decision — we prepare the work, you approve it.
Radical transparency
Every investigation step is logged and explainable. We don't believe in black-box AI for critical systems. You should always be able to trace exactly what happened and why.
Boring reliability
The tool you depend on in a production incident must itself be production-grade. We eat our own dog food and maintain 99.99% uptime for IncidentPilot itself.
